• I do not accept returns or exchanges on handcrafted artwork. Exceptions may be considered in rare circumstances that must be discussed and approved. Otherwise it is up to my discretion as the owner and artist of Sea Witch Collectables. 

 

• All intellectual property within www.seawitchcollectables.com, the Facebook account  ‘’Sea Witch Collectables, and the Instagram account @seawitch2020 belongs to myself as the owner and artist, this includes written content and all images of artworks, using any of my written content or artwork images for your own use will be challenged and dealt with appropriate action.

 

• Prior to purchasing a piece of artwork from my website, please confirm that you have read the description for each piece prior to placing the item in your cart. If you have questions please email seawitchcollectables@gmail.com to , received clarification to your questions and any other details related to item being ordered. Also please double check your orders before proceeding to payment to be sure you have not selected an incorrect item. 

 

• As the artist and owner of Sea Witch Collectables, I retain the right to a) cancel or extend order times under certain rare circumstances, which would of course be discussed with you before any changes are made. b) request additional information, such as additional delivery information.

• Order shipment will usually be 7 to 14 days from order date but will be dependent on whether the item is in stock or needs to be crafted based on your order. Shipping for custom orders will and should be discussed prior to your order being placed.

• Custom orders will be non-refundable as once payment is received securely through my website, I begin ordering supplies, prepping boards/canvases, readying my work space, color matching and out sourcing materials that may be necessary to complete your custom request.
